Connect With Our Information Team
This page reaches the editorial team behind an independent information site. Write to us about anything published here, including questions about an article, a detail that looks outdated, a correction or a suggestion for a subject worth covering. We are not the platform and have no access to accounts, so anything involving a personal profile needs Jaya9 support instead.
Communication With Our Readers Matters
A site describing a platform from outside has one structural weakness. It observes, while readers use. That gap is where errors survive longest, and reader messages close it faster than any schedule of checks.
What reaches us most usefully usually falls into a few shapes:
- A step that no longer matches the interface
- A term we used but never defined
- A figure that looks out of date
Every correction that arrives improves a page for everyone reading it afterwards. A message noting that a described step no longer matches the screen takes a minute to write and can fix an article the same day.
What We Can Help With
| Topic | Example |
| Questions about published material | A section that did not explain enough |
| Clarification of information | A term used without a definition |
| Suggestions for new directions | A subject nothing here covers |
| Reports of possible errors | A claim that looks wrong |
| Outdated details | Something that changed on the platform |
Outside our reach is anything requiring account access. Sign-in failures, deposits, withdrawals, verification requests and bonus disputes all belong with the platform’s support, because only they can see the account in question.
Preparing a Detailed Message
Specific reports get useful answers. Vague ones produce a request for more detail and a wasted round trip.
Worth including:
- The page title or heading you are writing about
- The passage in question, quoted where possible
- What you observed instead
- When you noticed it
- Your device or browser, if the issue looks technical
A screenshot helps a great deal, provided it is cropped so nothing identifying appears in it. No balance, no account name, no transaction details.
One rule has no exceptions. Passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, identity documents and anything granting access to funds must never appear in a message, to us or to anyone presenting themselves as us. We have no use for any of it.
Using Feedback to Improve Content
Messages feed directly into three kinds of work.
| What arrives | What it changes |
| A reported error | The claim is verified and the page corrected |
| A confusion report | The passage is rewritten more clearly |
| A topic request | It enters the queue for new material |
| A change on the platform | Related pages are reviewed together |
Beyond individual fixes, patterns in what readers ask reshape the structure itself. When the same question arrives repeatedly, that subject deserves its own article rather than a paragraph buried inside another, and that is usually how new sections start.
A few things make a message easier to act on:
- Keep one subject per message
- Name the page rather than describing it
- Say what you expected to find instead
Not every message receives a reply, and some are handled through an edit rather than an answer. None are ignored.
